This past March, Greenscape was honoured to be a part of the?South Delta Leader?s Project Bloom fundraiser?celebrating?International Women?s Day and benefiting the Delta Hospital Foundation.?Started 6 years ago by two outstanding women, Kathie Madden and Chrissie Bowker, Project Bloom?focuses on the dedication and talent of women in the community and inspires them to be remarkable and successful by embracing the exchange of women?s strengths.

Greenscape was eager to collaborate on such a fabulous event, to help build community partnerships and support local businesswomen.

We were given the opportunity to decorate the beautiful?Harris Barn?and give it a?beautiful?feminine but vintage look for the event. We chose to showcase our new 12??tall Magnolia trees and 15??willow tree at this event and they were a huge hit. The space really lent?itself?well to the rustic?theme and our trees and flowers really brought out the natural beauty of the barn and set a warm backdrop for the inspiring guest speakers and delectable luncheon.? We look forward to being a part of Project Bloom in the years to come.
