Each project we create is an opportunity to push boundaries, tell stories through design, and bring nature-inspired experiences to life. 2025 was an exceptional year, one filled with innovation, artistry, and close collaboration with our team, clients, and industry partners. A year that also brought recognition through several prestigious design awards.
These achievements reflect our shared passion for event design; merging imagination, technical precision, and purpose to craft environments that inspire connection and wonder.
Our team was honoured to receive Gold at the International Biophilic Design Awards for excellence in artificial foliage and artificial floral work in the $40K–$75K category. This recognition highlights our dedication to partnering with restaurant owners and designers to craft extraordinary environments that capture the essence of the outdoors and elevate the culinary experience for every patron.
Our faux greenery ceiling project at Balam in Whistler exemplified the restorative power of nature and the artistry required to transform commercial spaces into immersive, biophilic design experiences.
Creativity is at the heart of everything we do, and this award highlights our team’s dedication to innovation and storytelling through floral event design. Our faux floral design combined scale, texture, and emotion to create a memorable experience that transcended traditional event décor.
We’re also incredibly proud of our very own Hannah Lax, who was nominated for Emerging Event Professional of the Year. Hannah’s passion, innovation, and leadership embody the future of our industry, and we’re thrilled to see her talent recognized on a national stage.
We were also thrilled to be recognized by our local event community through the ILEA Vancouver Awards. Our décor design for Under the Stars – The 59th Medallion Club Awards Gala earned the top honour for Best Event Design (up to $50K), celebrating our team’s ability to merge artistry, logistics, and innovation into one unforgettable experience.
We were also named Finalists for Best DEI Initiative and Event Supplier of the Year, underscoring our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive, collaborative, and creative industry.
To be acknowledged on the international stage by ILEA International is a true honour. This recognition celebrates Greenscape’s design excellence, technical mastery, and ability to execute large-scale, immersive event environments that inspire wonder and connection; recognition that mirrors the prestige of the ILEA Esprit Awards.
